Return & exchange

We guarantee our customer a 30-days exchange and return , our customer will receive the amount back on his bank account
For exchange or refund requests, please contact us directly through the number or email below, exchange and return directIy, and write the entire request. Working hours are from Saturday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm, except for Friday and official holidays

The receipt of the request

Within 24 hours of registering the order, the confirmation team confirms the order through a confirmation call with the customer, in which only the customer data and product name are confirmed, and the timing of calls is from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm, if the order is registered on the site before 3 pm Confirm the order on the same day to go out for delivery the next day, and in the case of registration after 8:30 pm, it will be confirmed the next day to go out for delivery the next day.

The request has been suspended

If the first confirmation call is not answered, the client is tried again on the same day. In the event of no response in the two times, we make a third and fourth attempt on the next day until a response is received. In the event of no response, we make a fifth, SiXth, and seventh attempt on the third day. Suspension of the application after all seven attempts have been exhausted.

Cancellation or rejection of the request

If the customer rejects or cancels the order for any reason, the status of the order is changed to “Rejected” with an explanation of the reason in the notes, and the profits of the order are not added to your wallet.
